Saturday, July 25 (Show Day)

• Show vehicle gates open: 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM

🎟️ What Your Ticket Includes

• ✔️ 1 Vehicle Registration

• ✔️ 1 General Admission ticket for the driver

🚫 Prohibited Items & Important Rules

Strictly NOT allowed:

• ❌ Drugs

• ❌ Coolers

• ❌ Pets

• ❌ Weapons (metal detectors will be in use)

• ❌ Trailers inside the venue

Vehicle unloading:

• Vehicles with trailers must unload in the parking lot

Entry policy:

• 🚫 NO RE-ENTRY

📸 Media & Liability Release

By entering the venue, you irrevocably consent to:

• Being photographed, filmed, or recorded

• Use of your image/likeness in promotional media

  • Worldwide

  • Perpetual duration

You also:

• Waive all claims for compensation

• Waive privacy claims

• Assume all risks, including injury or property damage

• 👶 Kids 8 & under enter FREE with parent/guardian

• ❌ All sales are final — no refunds

• ⏰ General Admission gates open at 12:00 PM

• ⚠️ Late arrival may result in denied entry (no refunds)

• 🎫 Missing credentials will require repurchase

• 🚨 Rule violations will result in immediate removal (all sales final)
